Lead Application Development Engineer | November 2021 - Present
- Spearheaded the creation of a Workday Prism data source with field-level change detection using Workday Studio and Workday Prism web services, enhancing Reporting as a Service (RaaS) capabilities.
- Designed a modernized talent card using BIRT, including creation of image assets for rounded section corners and an overlay on worker photos.
- Developed a boomerang integration for job requisitions, transforming plain text job profile information into HTML format for job postings.
Senior Application Development Engineer | September 2019 - November 2021
- Led payroll integration efforts between Workday and Ceridian, employing multiple Workday Studio integrations built on PECI to detect changes and transmit data via REST web services. Implemented logic for launching multiple child processes and bypassing Workday’s processing time limit for high volume changes.
- Developed a suite of tools to streamline M&A data conversion, including an Excel spreadsheet with built-in validation and a C# application for automatic creation of EIBs for loading into Workday.
- Orchestrated service design for various applications, creating architectural documentation and coordinating cross-functional reviews.

- Led integration development for benefits transition from Workday to an outsourced vendor, employing multiple Workday Studio integrations with transaction logging for precise demographic record tracking.
- Overhauled the integrations connecting Workday and Taleo, transitioning to SOAP web services from flat files, resulting in a notable decrease in errors.
- Constructed integrations to support contingent workforce processing via a managed service provider, utilizing vendor REST web services and a Workday Studio integration for hires, terminations, and other changes.

- Automated benefit deduction audits between ADP and Workday which involved extracting data from ADP using SQL, loading it into Workday Studio, and comparing it with Workday data.
